I'm Zoltan, and my journey to founding zynapses started with my deep interest in neurocommunication and neuromarketing during my business career. I've always been a "people person" curious and driven by a desire to grow and advance. I became obsessed with understanding how neuroscience can enhance personal and professional development, and help leaders grow to become more successful in business.

So I read, listened, learned and studied, everything I could find about modern neurocommunication, neuro coaching, motivation, pourpouse, personal and leadership development. My fascination with the human mind led me to pursue a Master's in Business Coaching, Neuro-Communication, and Public Speaking, and I became a certified neurocoach. This knowledge has transformed my approach to business and life.

I decided to make it my mission to connect with and help people achieve similar transformations harnessing the benefits of neuroscience through coaching and strategic consulting. I aim to deepen connections, drive meaningful growth, and facilitate progress. While preparing to launch a new program, I'm available for private and group neuro coaching sessions to help leaders, teams, and individuals become the best version of themselves.
